Free Shipping
when you spend over $200 incl GST for Melbourne Metro and Over $500 incl GST to all other destinations.
Shipping rates are based on dead or cubic weight.
Delivery Time
We will endeavour to process all orders on this online shop within 2 working days, however due to circumstances out of our control this may not occur. We use General post and various couriers which is 2 to 5 days for capital cities (Excluding Darwin) and major metro areas. Regional areas outside capital cities may be an extra 2-10 business days.
We offer express delivery service with TNT Express for $55 inc gst for all urgent orders. Please contact our Customer Service (03 9338 9348) for delivery times and more information.
Please note: Shipping days do not include public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email and or text with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Delivery Authority to Leave
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place with POD unless otherwise specified.
If you haven't received your order by the estimated delivery date, contact our friendly Customer Service team (03 9338 9348) and we'll help track it down.
Returns & Cancellations
If you wish to change your mind, you are responsible for all return postage and restocking costs. If the product is not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Call (03 93389238).
Orders are generally picked same day which means we cannot make any changes once you have placed it unless you contact our service team immediately on (03 9334 8348). This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. You can return items, if you change your mind, for a 50% refund of the purchase price. The item(s) must be unused and in the original, unopened packaging. You are responsible for all return postage and restocking costs. If you intend to return any item, please contact our customer service team so we can keep any eye out for it. Once returned, we will review each item and process the refund accordingly.
We reserve the right to cancel an order that we have previously accepted, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, including but not limited to:
- Not being able to supply the Goods or Services within a reasonable time or at all due to an event beyond our control;
- An error on the website in relation to the Goods or Services, for example, in relation to a description, price or image;
- You not meeting our Valid Payment requirement or us not being able to process or accept your Valid Payment;
- Where we cancel your order after acceptance, we will notify you of cancellation and refund money paid in respect of that order;
- Out of stock items are marked in store. If out of stock, a refund, replacement or an agreed delivery time will be offered.
